The EPL Talk Podcast is the only Premiership interview show on the Internet. Every week we feature intelligent interviews with different guests that include commentators, players, authors and legends from the English Premier League.

When it comes to colours in football red and blue have to be the dominating shades. Especially this weekend, but grey is the subject this week as all of the grey areas in football seem to be expanding. To discuss that, the pod look at the Anfield Rap; London Calling; and Gunner revivals in the FA Cup. But don't let that get you down. Liverpool beat United at Anfield, but the supporting cast stole the show...

Also, as the transfer window closes again, the pod find it hard to get excited about any transfer rumours and wonder if Mourinho would come back to England so soon. Carroll might hope he can still get that move out...

Of course, we preview all of the games this week and pick out the crunch points with so many ties happening in midweek. Equally looking forward to getting some EPL action back after so much cup chirping. Tweet along with the podcast and give us your views for the next show:

With so many cups in just one week, the EPL feels like it has been broken up. However, the FA Cup has become somewhat of a figure of fun in the English press, despite attempts to make it as nostalgic as it once was. With Liverpool progressing against City and hosting United this Saturday, the cup seems very relevant to the EPL season.

With cups in mind, the pod review the result of Liverpool v. City in the Carling Cup and assess if this will change the trajectory of either club in the coming weeks. This sandwiches all of the latest transfer news. Then, FA Cup previews and the biggest and best points for this weekend. Nostalgia and all.

Kartik and Matt dissect Leeds United and their policy on the transfer market; long-term heaven in a short-term hell or pot-luck gone wrong? Leeds United have been in a state of perpetual misery over the past few seasons; even with the promise of the future, Ken Bates is not making for a happy present.

Manchester manage the double over London sides, but have they assured their place at the top of the tree with such assured performances? Both Spurs and Arsenal gave good accounts of themselves, but in very different ways. We assess the angles and angst felt in London whilst Manchester looks forward to another title.

Liverpool and Chelsea were also shaken, with poor away performances to opposition that both sides would expect to beat. Is that the problem?

The Midlands also experienced an epic derby and Everton garnered a disappointing point. Newcastle were soundly beaten out of London and Sunderland continued their impressive run, so much has changed in just a month.

Super Sunday comes but once/twice/thrice/quaice (delete as applicable) a season. So when it does come around we are all used to being very excited by it. But often it can let you down. Well, not this year – we're all interested in the intricate narrative which weaves itself throughout the season. Slicing through City and United.

Two teams challenging for the top: London clubs. Spurs and Arsenal. They are the pretenders to the Champion's throne as Manchester looks to retain it, as long as they can annoy the neighbours. Well, it is possible that parties in both London and Manchester will be happy this weekend if the results go the right way.

Of course we also review the latest transfer rumours; look at City in the league and QPR in the Cup. Beckham hits Google+ and 'Britain' in the Olympics. The rest of the league is also reviewed and renewed.

The league needs there to be wins in the top of the table clashes, so who do you think should win and why? Tweet along with the podcast and give us your views for the next show:

With the league throwing up more shocks/stumbling blocks this weekend it appears that there is no such thing as a normal season anymore, we can't get a consistent top side and we're all disappointed with a draw…what has the league come to?

This requires some inside the box thinking: analysing form and tactics. Pretty much what you'd expect of a podcast. The very least! To do that: Kristan Heneage joins Laurence McKenna to review the games of the weekend.

In the lump of football we review London's success, United's return to underwhelming form and the idea that Liverpool are really unimpressive.

Arsenal stall, whilst Spurs splutter and Chelsea creak. Can Man City capitalise and make Manchester an ivory tower again?

The Premier League shows no sign of slowing up in the coming weeks, even after a hectic holiday schedule. If anything it is getting more intense. So the pod is here to work out where it's all going right for your side.

This week Kristan Heneage and Matt Duncan cross-section; Man City and their spending; Liverpool and their lack of confidence; and why Spurs could be a legitimate worry up north.

Harry has been tipping other players in the transfer market again and annoying a certain club with his rumblings. Is he within his rights to do that? Especially when there is an cup competition in Africa approaching.

Messi won the Ballon d'Or, hooray! Here is a short video to help you appreciate why. Feel free to click any of the links at the end of the video to access more compilations of the great man.

If you could nominate one person as player of the season in the EPL who would it be?

In an extended podcast with 4 pundits, scattered around the world we discuss the return of Paul Scholes, Henry and the winning ways of Sir Alex. In a controversial and compelling game United ran out 3–2 winners. We pick over the bones and work out where both teams go from here.

In Cup news, we have seen some of the most epic FA Cup goals of a generation but very few upsets. The EPL may be strong, but can they sustain such a rush of games so soon after Christmas?

We also look at the managerial dismissals and potential dismissals as Neil Warnock and QPR part company. Amicable…but who will replace him and will that be a sweet fit?

Our featured game of the weekend is City vs. United so give us your thoughts on that through Twitter. Tweet along with the podcast and give us your views for the next show:

It's late, but the pod is finally here. This week we put four people into the conversation and discuss United vs. United; United vs. City; and Liverpool vs. The World.

We also discuss the history of the FA Cup, what to expect in the 3rd round and why it is still relevant to the premier league title.

On an extended pod we discuss Suarez, Sir Alex and Silva. With the 'topsy-turvy' results which have presented themselves it is clear that this holiday period has been full of surprises, not least for the high-flyers of the EPL.

Sir Alex has floated the idea of three more years, does that automatically mean that he will win more titles in that time? Kenny Daglish and Liverpool might have made his job a little easier by taking the title of 'most hated club' away through their protection of Suarez: are they right to do so?

Kartik and Kristan also take a look at what upsets the final round of holiday matches may throw up. Tweet along with the podcast and give us your views for the next show:
